Experienced B2B Outside/Inside Sales Representative

Laval, QC Full-time position


Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the products and services of Loginet Solutions
  • Promote and sell SaaS solutions using a solid argumentation
  • Make presentations at customers’ offices (training provided)
  • Provide customer’s employees with product training as required (remotely or in-person)
  • Identify and acquire new customers via cold-calling and prospecting and CLOSE new business sales
  • Diligently follow-up to help customers through the buying process
  • Identify customer needs and be able to propose solutions
  • Continuously improve through customer feedback
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information (customer feedback) in our CRM
  • Be viewed by the customer as an industry expert on products and solutions offerings

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven success in a B2B sales environment
  • 1-2 years of experience and proven success on cold-calling and developing new business
  • Excellent computer skills, being able to learn and understand web-based and mobile software
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet the sale targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales experience utilizing remote-based product “demo’s” is strongly preferred
  • Great communication skills - both oral and written - with strong attention to detail: French and English for Montreal area (is a must), English only for Ontario and U.S.
  • Good knowledge of the transportation business (is an asset but not required)
  • Have a professional network in the transportation field (is a big asset)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
  • Living in Quebec or Ontario

Benefits:

  • Possibility to work remotely (after 3 months). Need to report to Laval office twice a week.
  • Office hours: 32 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 2 PM

The first 3 months or less:

  • basic yearly salary
  • uncapped and recurring commission
  • up to 30% commission

After first 3 months (if you prove yourself):

  • yearly salary to be discussed
  • uncapped and recurring commission
  • up to 30% commission
  • monthly incentive bonuses for surpassing the sales target (up to $2.000 per given month)
  • protected territory
  • insurance
